FAQs:
What should I do if I am debating between an off-campus apartment and living on campus?
We encourage you to start having conversations and making decisions now about living on or off campus. You are able to apply for housing without being “locked in”. However, one you have submitted the housing deposit, that completes the housing contract for the 2026-2027 academic year. Completing the housing contract isnot a backup to off campus housing. The housing contract is for the full 26-27 academic year. Finding off-campus housing is not a reason to be released from the housing contract.
Where is 26-27 continuing student housing offered?
Continuing student housing is only offered at 55thStreet Residence Hall. Based on housing projections, first year and continuing students can all fit at 55th Street Residence Hall.
What happens if I am waitlisted?

Can I request to room with someone on the waitlist?
