First-year Student Scholarships

Academic Awards are based on the merits of your application, especially your High School GPA. These awards start at a minimum of $10,000 and will range based on the competitiveness of the applicant pool each year. Every applicant is considered eligible to receive the minimum $10,000 award and higher with no separate application.

Talent Awards are based on the merits of your audition, portfolio, or interview depending on your intended BFA or BA program. These are awarded by faculty as the last stage of the admissions process.

Marymount Manhattan College is dedicated to meeting the full demonstrated need for each admitted student eligible for federal financial aid. Demonstrated need is determined based on the information provided in your completed FAFSA form and CSS Profile, in addition to MMC’s institutional application provided in your admissions portal and any other supplemental documentation. This policy is effective for the incoming fall 2026 freshman class and will be honored for each successive incoming domestic financial aid applicant. Our full demonstrated need commitment applies to those applicants who meet all relevant deadlines and other application requirements as outlined on our website.
