Skye Bronfenbrenner

About

Skye Bronfenbrenner (she/her) is thrilled to be the fight and intimacy director for A Thousand Years. She holds an MFA in Theatre from the University of Houston where she was recently teaching Movement for the Actor in the BFA program. Skye is also a Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors. As a fight and intimacy director she has choreographed work for the Houston Grand Opera, Catastrophic Theatre, Rec Room Arts, the University of Houston, and Rice University; and as a performer she has toured with the national tours of Beauty and the Beast, Guys and Dolls, and the international tour of Shrek the Musical. She believes in making bold work safely and is thrilled to be a part of the Marymount community!
