A Seasoned and celebrated Professional dancer/singer/actor with 20 years of experience
working on and off Broadway. For 11 years, I’ve been a celebrated dance/musical theater acting and voice educator serving on the faculty of Texas State University, the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and the NY Film Academy. LaQuet trained at William Esper Studios with William Esper and is a proud SUNY Empire State College graduate with a BA in Theater & Dance.

Their performing credits include Broadway/National Tour: Mrs. Doubtfire The Musical, Beautiful The Carole King Musical, Lysistrata Jones, Memphis, The Lion King, Sweet Charity, Off-Broadway: The Life, Make Mine Manhattan, Ave Q, Regional Theater: Aida (Workshop), Flashdance, Candide, The Wiz, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Princess-A New Musical, Chicago, Footloose, AIDA, Nights on Broadway III, Shrek- The Musical (NY Workshop), Jawbreaker The Musical, Caty Bridgewater A Musical, The Submission, Closer, The Dead Guy, Television/Film: Blacklist (NBC), Girls on the Bus (HBO), I.F. (Paramount Pictures), Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, The Daily Show, As the World Turns, Step Up 3D, Devoted, Sylvia Plath Project.

As a writer, producer, and director/choreographer, they transitioned from the stage to
behind the table, writing three plays ( Lifting a Burden, Driving, and Hearing The Pause), Freedom of Expression - A Choreopoem in collaboration with Dancers For Harris and Together Marching - Red Bucket Follies. Additionally, their work as choreographer and direction: Big Fish The Musical, Oklahoma, music video Welcome Here, Hair The Musical, Addams Family, Figure Skating of Harlem, and Austin City Pops, and the Bruce Wood Dance Company. Their producer credits include The Submission, The Dead Guy, and Closer through their production company, Fearless Young Artists Studios.

It is an honor to be a part of this production. Working alongside Johanna and the cast of
Little Women has been consistent inspiration and joy. Thank you Marymount Manhattan for this opportunity, my wife (Lauren) for your support and my kiddo (Mac) who is the little Jo and Meg in the making.
