Welcome to the Office of Career and Professional Development Request a Workshop Form. Workshops may be requested for classroom visits, events, or student organization meetings. Please fill in all information below and a Office of Career and Professional Development team member will be in contact within 24 hours.

If you are requesting our office to visit multiple classes on the same or different days, please submit a separate form for each class time. This helps our office ensure that we have a record of each request and can make sure each class is covered. 


Please note that requests for custom workshops need to be made no later than 3 days before the event to allow for planning.
